When trying to view my monthly reports I get the following the message, 'invalid menu handle'.

This error occurs when you do not have *.pdf files associated with a program(i.e. Adobe Acrobat Reader) to open them. Please contact your IT department to re-associate your *.pdf files with the appropriate program.
