URT - I am receiving an error message when I try to export a report to a PDF file. How can this be corrected?

This is caused by a conflict between Microsoft and Crystal Reports that only manifests under certain conditions. Please call your Technical Support Representative at 800-854-6737 or email us unity_support@bio-rad.com and we will work with you to install Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1, which is a fix to this issue.
