This problem is caused by Internet Explorer versions 8 and higher. Our website must be run in compatibility mode in order to use the site effectively. You can fix this problem by adding the Bio-Rad sites to your list of sites which run in compatibility mode.
1. Click on Tools.
2. Select Compatibility View Settings.
3. Then add the following addresses and then click Add
4. Click Close.
5. Close all open Internet Explorer Windows.
6. When you re-open Internet Explorer again Unity Web 2 or Unity Real Time Online will work as intended.
Or, you can also click on the broken page icon on the upper right of Internet Explorer 8. The icon will appear in any data entry screen in Unity Real Time Online/Unity Web 2.
