Information regarding Time Stamps in UnityWeb 2.0.

The timestamp in the database is actually stored in UTC (Universal Time Coordinated). When the user logs into Unity Online, we record what their local time zone is (actually, how many minutes they are away from UTC). When they view their WC History, the time is in their local time zone. What this means, is when another user logs in from CA, the user will see their upload times in PST.
