When I do a print or print preview of different programs the header does not change.

In order for the header to appear correctly, there are two options:

1. The user must first select File then Print Preview and select the Print option from within the print preview window.
2. Or, Select File, Print Preview then close the window. Reselect the Print option under the File menu.
