When attempting to view LJ Charts why do I get the following error : (QCChartForm: getChartOptions Value was either too large or too small for an unsigned byte).

URT is unable to decrypt the SQL Database Authentication Password when connecting to display the LJ chart. Change the password to something less complex [i.e. "biorad"] or use a password with less than 13 characters.
