This problem could be caused by a user who did not completely log out of Unity Web 2/Unity Real Time Online when reviewing a certain data set (i.e. lab/lot/instrument data set). You can fix this by having all users log in and then out. Making sure to use the log out link and not just closing the internet browser window. Once all users have cycled through this process your bench review data set should be fully accessable.
