URT - Why when I am trying to import Data and the import program does not seem to find my data file?

Import Function Tips Steps:

1. If the import function does not work, check the import settings and make sure the default settings are selected. Here are the default settings from top to bottom.

11.) Disable all rules violation : “Not Checked”.
