- Your instrument and the manufacturer of the reagents.
- Are you following SAMHSA guidelines?
- Provide the Opiate cut-off level.
- Provide the test panel. Indicate the drug classes you are testing and the cut-offs.
- Provide the form of the drug your calibrator targets for Amphetamines and Benzodiazepines, often found on the calibrator instructions for use (IFU).
