URT - How do I add a new User or Change Permissions?

*You must be the Admin to do this*

1. Click on Tools, Security, Administrator. 
2. Click on New. 
3. Enter User ID, Username, Password, Initials.  Select Minimum Password Length, Password Expiration Period and if the user is an Administrator. 
4. If the user is not an administrator, select the appropriate permissions and click on Apply. 
5. Click on Assign Lab Numbers. 
6. Select the new User ID from the dropdown list and then put a check in the boxes next to the lab IDs the user should have access to.  Click OK and click OK again. 
7. New users can now log in to Unity Real Time and will be prompted to set a new password upon first login.
8. Repeat this process for more users.
