If you forget your QCNet password and/or security question you can do one of the following.
- Click on forgot password at the login screen to receive an email with a link to reset both the password and security question.
- Contact your local Bio-Rad support team to receive an email with a link to reset both the password and security question, or to receive a temporary password. After the temporary password is entered you will be prompted to set a new password and new security question.
Please note that after 3 unsuccessful attempts the account will be locked.
If you have not forgotten the password and/or security question and want to reset them, you can login and click on My account and select Change Passowrd. To reset the security question, click on My account and Change Security Question.
